Martin Wimmer is Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Deputy Director-General for the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Responsible for digital transformation, trade policy and economic policy. Previously he held top-level management positions in both the public and private sector, always with a focus on Change Communication and Digital Transformation. He is the author of more than ten books on a variety of topics.
